It appears that it is now unsafe even to enter into the most natural of current day American pastime, the drunken bar dance. Megan Zacher is now suing Calico Jack’s Cantina, at 42nd St. and Second Ave. for injuries suffered when she fell off of the bar while dancing in the “Shake it Like Shakira” contest — the bar was evidently wet at the time of the contest.

“She was working on her second drink and was dancing on the bar, vying for the $250 “Shake It Like Shakira” prize, when she fell, Simon said.”
