Heritage Media files for Chapter 7
(August 1st, 2006 under Announcements)A prominent media company, Heritage Media Group, partly owned by Dallas businessman Comer Cottrell has filed for Chapter 7 and shut its doors. Heritage was a television and movie company that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2004. Mr. Cottrell holds 19% of the company’s common stock.
