In what looks like a definite word on the subject, bankruptcy filing fees will be higher effective Sunday April 9. Specifically ...
The Chapter 7 filing fee increases to $299.
The Chapter 13 filing fee increase to $274.
A motion to Convert 7 to Chapter 11 will now be $755, and a motion to Convert 13 to Chapter 11 will cost $765.
