Procedural Issues Purplexing

I just stumbled across this order - I had just finished 8th grade when it was issued, so it's new to me. It serves as a good reminder (particularly in this era following BAPCPA) that some procedural issues can be a bit perplexing even for judges. In this carefully crafted order, Bankruptcy Judge A. Jay Cristol denies his own sua sponte motion to dismiss.
