I am happy to note that we have received several nice comments about the new blog. One question came up that I want to address: "how do you have the time to do this?" The answer is simple: first, everyone takes a turn writing something so it never becomes an effort for any one of us and second, as to the cases, we have always looked at and discussed new cases. Historically, in addition to talking about a recent holding over lunch or in a firm meeting, if someone thought it merited the effort, they would prepare a short memo on that case, so putting those types of memos on the blog is not much more effort. The rest of the blog notes are just fun stuff we find and like to talk about -- hope you do to. So, feel free to keep those cards and letters coming in and we will feel free to occasionally respond.
