Welcome to the first edition of the TexasLawyerBlog.com!

We have a couple of goals for this new endeavor: to provide several recent cases which might be of interest. Please note that these will be primarily, but not always, bankruptcy related, as that is our primary legal focus. Next, there may be some fun links which might not be appropriate for a law firm;s regular web site. We will provide information on legal seminars which we have conducted across the state. (If you should like to have a coy of any seminar paper which we have authored, please let us know and we will see if that can be arranged.) Recent articles which we have written will also be appended to the blog, for your reading pleasure.

Finally we will offer a few thoughts on fun( non-legal) reading which may be of interest as well.
